This policy explains what information Billing Trucking Inc. ("we," "us") collects through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to respond to freight inquiries.

Information we collect

We only collect the information you choose to type into our contact form: your name, and optionally your company, email address, phone number, freight type, pickup and delivery locations, and any load details you provide. We do not require you to create an account, and we do not collect anything in the background beyond what is described below.

How the form works

When you submit the contact form, your message is delivered to our business inbox by Web3Forms, a third-party form-delivery service, acting on our behalf. To reduce spam and abuse, submissions are checked by Cloudflare Turnstile, which may process technical signals such as your IP address and browser characteristics to tell humans from bots. These providers process this data only to deliver your message and protect the form.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies and uses no third-party trackers. Cloudflare Turnstile may set a strictly necessary token to perform its security check. We do not build advertising profiles or follow you across sites.

How we use your information

We use the details you send to respond to your inquiry, prepare a quote, and arrange freight. We may keep the message as a business record. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it except with the service providers named above who help us operate the form.

Data retention

We keep inquiry emails for as long as needed to respond and to maintain ordinary business records, then delete them when they are no longer needed.

Your choices and rights

You can contact us at any time to ask what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to request deletion. Depending on where you live (for example, California residents under the CCPA/CPRA), you may have additional rights, including the right to know and the right to delete. Security

The site is served over HTTPS, and form submissions are transmitted securely. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect the information you send.

Children

This site is intended for business use and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted here, and we will update the date above.
